September 21st is Peace Day: an annual day of global truce. To raise awareness about it we sent a tweet, promoting the event, to travel in a circuit around the globe. Then we pinned each tweet on a map and eventually completed a line around the world on Peace Day itself.
Over the course of two weeks, the tweet paid a visit to Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Israel, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Tunisia, South Africa, Kenya, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Sudan, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Australia, China, the Philippines, India, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Canada, USA, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Panama, Costa Rica, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Malta, Portugal, France, Spain and Belgium.
This lovely project was a collaboration with Felipe Montt & Henrik Düfke while working at Mother and was picked up by the following blogs PSFK, Creativity Online, AgencySpy, The Wall and many more.
